Cary B. Fleisher

Cary B. Fleisher focuses his practice on representing clients involved in the acquisition, organization and transfer of their businesses. He regularly provides counsel to his clients on matters involving entity selection, employment agreements, customer contracts and succession planning. His clients include physicians, dentists, engineers and other licensed professionals as well as professional employment organizations, sales organizations and contractors.

Cary is a 1979 graduate of Lafayette College and a 1982 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. He is a past board president of the Wissahickon Valley Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Rotary Club of Ambler and active in various other community organizations.
